Roof Age & Condition

- Three things we look for in the perfect roof: age, space, and condition. The ideal roof is under 15 years old, without many obstructions, like skylights or vent pipes, and no damage. Ask about including a new roof with zero money down

Utility Bill Over $75

>

- You may pay only $75 now, but in 10 years, studies show that will be double. Solar is price protection for the next few decades

Credit Score

>

- Most financiers look for scores above 650 to qualify. For customers concerned with qualifying, we have access to other products that look for 6-12 months of on-time utility bill payments (only available in certain markets).
